Our Marketing Division is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for coordinating all communications output for the company.

 

He/she must command the abilities to create and deliver all communications methods including email, direct mail, brochures, newsletters and other publications. Responsibility includes various aspects of the company’s communications including internal and external communications, collaborating with subject matter experts, department leadership, and external vendors as needed. He/She will be responsible for creating and delivering press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate magazine and newsletter content, social media content and speaking proposals.

 

In addition, he/she will be responsible for monitoring media coverage and industry trends, preparing briefing materials, assisting in senior leadership communications and messaging strategies, and managing crisis communications. The Corporate Communications Manager must bring communications experience, creativity and a willingness to learn.  It will be incumbent for the candidate to be a highly organized person with ability to be flexible, and able to manage changing priorities.

 

Strong communication skills and excellent attention to details are mandatory.  Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications.

Previous Experience:

  • 8 years’ experience in a communications role with and public relations experience required
  • 8+ years' experience in marketing/communications field, with at least 5 years in a healthcare setting in writing healthcare and/or medical articles. Media experience is an asset
  • At least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role, preferred
  • Solid understanding of project management principles
  • Experience producing and measuring campaigns on marketing platforms
  • Experience with websites, SEO and social media
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing analytics
  • Speech writing and crisis management communication experience required

Spanish fluency preferred

 

Must have a clear driving record and appropriate levels of auto coverage. A Motor Vehicle Records check will be conducted post offer of employment.
